Neopharm is a dynamically developing pharmacy network, managing over 270 points of sale.

Задача:

Our objective was to make a new website which would make it possible to book and buy medicines in any pharmacy via the website and also to adapt the website to possible high loads because the daily numbers of customers passing through Neofarm outlets exceeds 30 thousand people, and the number of sales offers of the trade network exceeds 700 thousand SKU.

Modern online store on 1C-Bitrix with a minimalistic design that focuses the user's attention on the product and especially on low prices. We have solved the task - users can see the prices in «their» pharmacy and can easily book the necessary goods in it
Information on prices and availability of goods at each outlet is synchronized every minute therefore the site displays reliable information about all the goods in the trade network.
During development, we encountered a problem in synchronization of product residues and prices because volume of data on goods exceeded write capabilities in MySQL, in which 1C-Bitrix works. It led to critical delays in synchronization. Therefore, we developed NoSQL solution for storing data on trade offers. All products and services are renewed within 3-5 minutes.

Synchronization of the site with the internal system for storing residues, simple updating of descriptions and images of the goods.
Integration with ERP system for call center operators.
Simplified order management interface for outlets employees.
Simplified interface for editing products for Neopharm employees.
